But beaten into a hollow vessel and it will float merrily and even carry some weight. So too, man's mind sinks easily in the sea of senses. Beat it hollow by hammering with the name of the Lord. Bhagawan, during His visit to Badarinath in June 1961, had materialized and recharged the spiritual energy of the Netralingam that was originally installed by Adi Sankaracharya. Baba created a golden lotus, placed the lingam on it and performed Abhishekam i.e., consecration by pouring holy Gangotri water. Baba exhorted that the 16 petalled lotus represents Hridaya (heart) where Lingam has to be installed for worship. The Gita is the greatest harmonizer of all Yogas. Gita should be made the guiding star of your life, so that the way you act will be Karma Yoga, the way you feel will be Bhakti Yoga and the way you reason will be Jnana Yoga, says Bhagawan Baba.
