Sathya Sai Speaks volume 12 - contains twenty one discourses of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, delivered during 1973, the first of which was given at Bangalore to encourage and appreciate the devotion of the defenders of Bharat. Blessing the devotees of Punjab by His visit to Mogha, in March, 1973, Bhagawan appreciated the valour of the people of Punjab, but stressed that happiness could be won only by proceeding towards God. He advised them to have control of the mind, constantly remember the name and glory of God, and to keep the company of the godly, so that they can be free from fear, anxiety, and falsehood. The first three discourses in 1974 were delivered by Bhagawan at Rajamundry. He talked to the Bala Vikas teachers about the qualities of guru and how the Bala Vikas classes are to be conducted. He also spoke about Karma Yoga and how members of Sathya Sai Seva Organisations should function, which was again reiterated in a later discourse, titled 'The Instrument Of Divine Will'. On the Sankranti day, Bhagawan expressed His 'feelings and plans' in nine points to the teachers of the college, in Prasanthi Nilayam. He followed this up in Brindavan with a discourse to the students, in which He said that, they must lead the movement for great transformation in outlook, under His guidance. In the second Sivaratri discourse, Swami explained the unique features of the lingam with the light of Trishul that emerged from Him. In the chapter 'Who Is Sai?', one can get glimpses of His divine power. The inevitable fruit of one's good and bad actions one has to reap was brought out in a nutshell, in the discourse titled 'An Epic Moment'. In the chapter 'Vehicle Care', Bhagawan advises that everyone must take care of the body for achieving laudable tasks, stating that the body would shine, if the character is fine. There are in all twenty seven invaluable, divine discourses in this second part of volume 12 of the Sathya Sai Speaks series.
