Onam - The Grand Harvest Festival of Kerala gained a divine dimension when Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba graciously blessed devotees to celebrate the festival in His immediate presence at Prasanthi Nilayam. Rooted in the ancient legend of Emperor Mahabali and Lord Vamana, Onam symbolises the spirit of sacrifice and surrender. From 1970 to 2009, Bhagawan delivered 28 profound Divine Discourses on the occasion, illuminating the essence of Atmanivedanam-the complete offering of body, mind, and soul to the Divine. Through these discourses, Bhagawan extolled the unwavering devotion of the people of Kerala, who joyously observed the festivity away from their homeland, sanctified by His everlasting Divine Presence. This compilation is a treasure of eternal wisdom, guiding earnest seekers on the path of Absolute Surrender, Atmanivedanam.
