Human values for the heart

This book discusses the final human transformation- the purification of the heart. The harmony of heart-head-hands as expressed by unity of thoughts-words-deeds is vital. The goal is to incorporate humanvalues in hand (actions and words), in head (thoughts and emotions) and in the human heart (an individual's consciousness). At the same time, vices that are the enemies of the human values must be eliminated. As shown in this book, the practice of human values changes the very core of individuality.
